چکیده
Paraneoplastic erythroderma (PE) is a rare and potentially life-threatening inflammatory condition associated with malignancy. PE may develop due to antibodies produced against tumoral antigens that cross-react epidermal structures. We report patient paraneoplastic eosinophilic lung adenocarcinoma. Erythroderma eosinophilia subsided after wedge-resection of the tumour. To tackle pathogenesis in this patient, we performed western blot analysis (WB) using healthy human skin tissue lysate patient's serum. Samples were analysed first by immunoprecipitation autoantibody-target protein complexes mass spectrometry reveal corresponding protein. After incubating serum proteins, WB, could observe distinct band around 60 kD. Later, for showed bar same area which was not present controls. Mass spectrometric revealed KRT6B might be potential target In PE, resolved surgical removal adenocarcinoma, antibody production cross-reacting keratins have initiated dermatitis.
